Fees already earned or services already rendered are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement. 6. SMS Messaging Program

Vivid Funnels LLC operates SMS messaging programs on behalf of itself and its clients. These programs send messages to two groups of recipients:

Homeowners and leads: When a homeowner submits their information through one of our or our clients' advertising forms or landing pages and opts in to receive SMS, this program sends follow-up, qualification, appointment confirmation, and reminder messages related to the service they inquired about.

Contractor clients: When a client signs up for our services and opts in to receive SMS, this program sends account, lead notification, and service-related messages.

Consent to receive SMS is obtained at the point of opt-in (such as submitting a form or agreeing during signup) and is not a condition of any purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number you are messaging with. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did initially.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
